A card for foreign citizens can be issued without permanent registration in Russia. You only need documents confirming your legal stay in the country: a migration card, a residence permit, or a work patent.

To receive a card for foreigners, you first need approval from the bank. After we review your application, we will call you to arrange when and where it will be convenient for you to receive the card. Usually, the card can be received within 1–2 days.Delivery across Russia is free.

Maintenance of the debit card for foreign citizens is free forever and without conditions.

Top-ups are free at Uralsib Bank ATMs; by transfer from a card of another bank via Uralsib Online or the app; by transfer via the Faster Payments System (SBP); or by bank transfer using account details. Top-ups at Uralsib Bank partner ATMs are free up to a total of 75,000 ₽ per month at Alfa-Bank, VTB, and Raiffeisen Bank ATMs, and up to 100,000 ₽ per month at VTB ATMs.

Cash withdrawals are free at Uralsib ATMs. At partner ATMs — no fee up to 300,000 ₽ per month.

After you receive the Pribyl card for foreigners, you will be able to transfer money abroad.International transfers by phone number are available with no commission.

Log in to your account at https://online.uralsib.ru/ or in the mobile app. Select the required card, go to the “Management” tab → “Reissue”. We will reissue the salary card for foreigners instantly; delivery will take 1–2 days.
Reissue and delivery are free. At the same time, you will keep access to the account where your money is stored.

To collect biometrics, you will need SNILS and a Gosuslugi account. If you don’t have them, a Uralsib representative will help you obtain the required documents and access during the meeting. This is free.
Then the representative will take your photo and ask you to read the digits on the screen three times. You can learn more about submitting biometrics via the link.

Open the Uralsib Online app → at the bottom of the main screen choose the “Payments” tab → “Gosuslugi” → “Foreign citizens’ patents” → enter the details.
You can pay for the patent at bank branches, via an ATM, or in your Uralsib Online account.Or open the app or Uralsib Online → tap the QR code icon → scan the code from the receipt → pay for the patent.

To send a transfer, open Uralsib Online → at the bottom of the main screen choose the “Payments” tab → “Abroad” → select the page → enter the details in the fields.

You can transfer money from Uralsib for foreigners to Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Vietnam, Georgia, India, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Transnistria, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, South Ossetia.

Yes, you will be able to receive your salary to your Uralsib card.

To change the language in the mobile app or the web version of Uralsib Online, select the “More” tab → scroll to the bottom of the page and find “Bank language” → “Change” → choose the language that is convenient for you.

The Android app, the web version of Uralsib Online, and the support chat are available in Uzbek, Tajik, Kyrgyz, Russian, and English. If you have an iPhone, we recommend using the web version of the bank.

If after meeting the courier it turns out an additional document is required, you can send it directly in the support chat in Uralsib Online after registration. It’s fast and convenient; you don’t need to visit a branch.

It is important to send the document on time: if the bank does not receive it, the card may be blocked.

To open a card, the bank is required to verify the person’s identity and their legal right to stay in Russia. Therefore, the list of documents depends on the person’s citizenship.Below is a list of countries and what documents must be provided, as well as which additional documents may be presented so that the bank can approve the issuance of the card.

In simpler words:

• A passport of your country is always required. Without it, a card cannot be issued.
• If you do not have a residence permit (ВНЖ) or temporary residence permit (РВП), you can come with a migration card.
• If your migration card is expired — the bank may still accept you, but only if you have a work patent or an employment contract.

1. Go to the “Payments” tab → “Transfer” → “Abroad”.
2. Select the country you want to transfer money to.
   
3. Choose the appropriate transfer option.
   
4. For transfers by phone number, select the bank.
   
5. Fill in the fields.
