Is there a card maintenance fee?

Maintenance of the debit card for foreign citizens is free forever and without conditions.

Top-ups are free at Uralsib Bank ATMs; by transfer from a card of another bank via Uralsib Online or the app; by transfer via the Faster Payments System (SBP); or by bank transfer using account details. Top-ups at Uralsib Bank partner ATMs are free up to a total of 75,000 ₽ per month at Alfa-Bank, VTB, and Raiffeisen Bank ATMs, and up to 100,000 ₽ per month at VTB ATMs.

Cash withdrawals are free at Uralsib ATMs. At partner ATMs — no fee up to 300,000 ₽ per month.
